Jesmonite AC100 is the ideal choice for hobbyists and DIY enthusiasts. This ecological, water-based resin is frequently used for producing decorative molded parts. The gypsum composite is exceptionally strong and resilient. It is mixed in a 1:2.5 ratio, with the base liquid and powder weighed accordingly. For example, one gram of liquid component means mixing with 2.5 grams of powder component. The mixed mass can be colored, painted, or given various effects as desired to make each finished object individual and unique. The produced forms are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Jesmonite AC730 is also a water-based cementitious composite material. Unlike AC100, the finished forms can be used outdoors without sealing. As with AC100, forms made with AC730 can also be colored and painted. The mixing ratio for AC730 is 1:5, meaning the liquid component in grams is multiplied by 5 to obtain the corresponding powder component in grams. Coloring: Special liquid pigments are available for Jesmonite. Even a small amount of these pigments can achieve a strong color result. The standard amount is 2% of the total mixture.
